After 117 prosperous years, the employee owners of the Bank of Benton have decided to change our name to Community Financial Services Bank, with the acronym, CFSB. The first question that you may ask is, "Has Bank of Benton been sold?" The answer is "Absolutely not." In fact, we have outgrown our name! We are making this change in order to remain an independent community-owned institution and to allow more convenience throughout Western Kentucky for customers just like you. Plans are underway to expand the CFSB brand to other marketplaces throughout the region.
We are very excited to offer to you, the new CFSB. Don't worry; unlike many bank name changes that have occured in this community over the years, there will be no changes that you, our valued customer, will have to make. You will not have to change any of your accounts, buy new checks, or order new credit or debit cards, etc.
CFSB will continue to have the same great employee owners and the same great customer service that has set the Bank of Benton apart over the past 117 years. In fact, the only changes you will notice when you stop by and see us will be our outdoor signs, our new brochures, and our new nametags. Everything else is exactly the same.
We have even made internet banking simple with only one change. Our new web address is the same as our new slogan-"Your Life. Your Bank." Please visit us at www.yourlifeyourbank.com. It is the same great website that you have grown accustomed to, with the only change being a new logo and color scheme. All of this is done with our promise.
